FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How soon will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 3 days, Monday through Friday. If you place an order before 1 PM EST on Monday, your order should ship by Wednesday. The same applies to Friday orders. If you place an order before 1 PM EST on Friday, your order should ship by Tuesday. If you place an order after 1 PM EST on Friday, your order should ship by Wednesday.

For Canadian orders, please allow a few extra days to process.

If you combine a pre-order item with an in-stock item, your full order will SHIP TOGETHER when the pre-order item becomes available. When you purchase a pre-order item using your credit card, you authorize us to store your credit card information securely until your order ships. At that time, your card will be charged in full. If you combine an in-stock item with a pre-order item, the in-stock item may no longer be available once the pre-order item arrives. All pre-orders are subject to availability.

Product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays. If you wish to have in-stock items shipped immediately, you must order in-stock and pre-order items separately.

Why isn't my newsletter discount working?

Please note that when you sign up for the Uncanny Brands newsletter, you will automatically be emailed a custom promo code that provides 15% off your first order. In the event that you sign up for our newsletter and do not use the promo code on your first order placed, Uncanny Brands will be unable to apply the 15% discount to your order. All 15% off promo codes are only eligible on your first order.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 States, & APO/FPO addresses ONLY.

What are my options for shipping?

All orders are shipped via USPS (via Pitney Bowes service) and/or UPS, depending on the item(s) you ordered. Services include UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, and Flat Rate Shipping. Please remember UPS 3-Day Select is three days after shipment, which may take up to 72 hours to process.

How much do you charge for shipping?

It depends on the shipping method you choose, your location, and the weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart. For United States orders over $39.99, shipping is free.

Do you charge sales tax?

Pennsylvania, New York and California residents, and all orders shipped to Pennsylvania. New York and California addresses, will be charged 6% sales tax. Customers outside of Pennsylvania and California will not be charged sales tax.

What is the warranty policy?

For one year from the date of purchase, when an item is operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Uncanny Brands will pay for replacing the unit with a unit of like kind and quality. We may also refund the purchase, at Uncanny Brands’ sole discretion, to correct defects in material or workmanship. Keep your Warranty and your sales slip together for future reference. You must provide proof of purchase for in-warranty service. Please write down the complete model number and serial number. You can find this information on the label/plate.

I received my order and the item is damaged – what should I do?

Please contact us via e-mail at online@uncannybrands.com within one week and we will send a replacement for the damaged item, as well as instructions on how to return your order. In your email, please include your name, address, phone number, and order number.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us via e-mail at online@uncannybrands.com within 30 days and we will gladly accept your return. In your email, please include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization number as well as instructions on how to return your order. Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. If you are returning your order due to an Uncanny Brands error, we will send you a return label. We can then either issue a full refund or even exchange. If you are returning your order for other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will issue a refund for the item(s) purchased upon receipt at our facility. All refunds are for product price only. No shipping refunds.

My Visa gift card isn't working!

Call the gift card issuer or visit their registration website. Check the sticker on the front of your gift card for a registration link or toll-free phone number. If there’s no sticker, look at the back and use the customer service phone number or website provided.

Registering your gift card ensures a name and address is linked to the card. When an order is placed, we use an Address Verification System to verify the card matches the billing address. This process helps restrict fraudulent activity associated with a lost or stolen card.
